Previously an undergraduate biology teachers assistant from 2014-2015. My name is Trey Dix and I am a currently a second year medical student at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson mMedical School (Class of 2022). I successfully obtained my Bachelors of Science in Biology and Psychology from Syracuse University (Class of 2015). School can often be monotonous and learning can be tough especially when dealing with difficult subjects. I find that students (including myself) often do their best and tap into the depths of their full potential when provided a great coach. That said, it is my job to help students identify their strengths, address any/all weaknesses and find the learning style that works best for them to get their best results. I put forth my best efforts at creating lessons plans specific to each student that cover challenging concepts while simultaneously making learning enjoyable and easier to manage. I am able to help students to organize and simplify the content, work through practice problems and develop rapid review techniques to keep the material fresh. The ultimate goals are to build confidence, enhance comprehension, improve long term retention and maximize test scores.
